We have a honey tasting room near my home. And although they have a multitude of flavors, not one compares to the Monastery honey.

I use it with my tea and after using apple cider vinegar and honey. Give several jars to friends or family as a gift. Get to tell them my son and a friend were each given a jar(not all original variety) ten years ago by Sister Veronique when we stopped at the monastery after camping at Sinkyone for three nights. Top that if you can!
These jars of honey are delicious and reasonably priced. I use the the ginger, the orange, and the regular. Would highly recommend.
